The family of late Jennelyn Kennedy have denied and refuted claims that the family has communicated and negotiated with the family of Bhosip Kaiwi for a purported compensation claim of K600, 000.

Spokesperson and aunt of late Jennelyn, Elizabeth Bradshaw Lolo says the family maintained their pursuit for justice on the death of their daughter since day one.

She says the family was shocked to learn of a social media post that says the family demand K600, 000 to forgive Bhosip Kaiwi.

Late Jennelyn’s uncle Dickson Karava Kennedy says the family remain steadfast to ensure justice prevails for their late daughter, niece and granddaughter and will not rest until justice is served.

The family says the information originated from a fake profile called John Joe on Facebook who had been relentless in discrediting and tarnishing the family since her death.

They also acknowledged the support of the community at large in their fight for justice.
