Bhosip Kaiwi murder suspect and partner of late Jennelyn Kennedy will appear at the Waigani Committal court tomorrow for arraignment.

Jennelyn’s family, friends, media and people who were touched by her story all turned up at the Waigani courts but were told by Police prosecutors the mention will take place tomorrow

Yesterday NCD Police posted an update on Facebook confirming Mr Kaiwi’s custody at Police Cell.

Police say Bosip Kaiwi was formally arrested and charged with willful murder and will appear in Court to ensure his Warrant is issued for a transfer to CS Bomana prison\

Late Jennelyn Kennedy’s bruised and battered body was dumped at the Emergency Unit of the Port Moresby General Hospital on Tuesday.

According to observations by Doctor Sam Yockopua Head of Port Moresby General Hospitsl emergency – Her lifeless body was rushed in, fully established death. It looked apparent that she had been through living hell, a slow, deliberate painful death.

On his Facebook wall Dr Yockopua wrote the following:

“It was obvious that Jennelyn had been tied forcefully, her hands and feet showed all features suggesting how strongly the ropes were tied to the back.   Rope imprints were visible, skin peeled off and cut inwards. Whip marks, skin cuts, bruises, scratches, fractures, etc..

 A post Post Mortem was conducted last Friday and it was found that ,  Late Jennelyn died as a result of head injury and bruises to internal organs due to direct blunt force trauma to the head and body.
